The Brokerage is a small charity based in the City of London, its aims are:

• To raise the aspirations of young people from boroughs neighbouring the central financial and business areas to the opportunities available to them within these sectors.

• To increase diversity within the City workforce, recognising that modern businesses need a workforce with a diverse mix of backgrounds, cultures and lifestyles.

Through our work with local schools we aim to instil enthusiasm and to encourage many, often disadvantaged young people to pursue careers they may not otherwise have considered possible. Our programmes provide opportunities to enable young people to achieve their aspirations and realise their potential. They also provide City employers and recruiters with opportunities to meet a pool of diverse talented potential recruits for their businesses.
